Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is all physical forms of Yoga practice; “ha” means sun, “ta” means moon. “Hatha” means the Yoga to bring balance between the sun and the moon in you. The practice includes Asana (postures) Pranayama (breathing exercises) Bandha (cooperating muscle groups) Meditation, relaxation and chanting.
