I’ve always been passionate about movement, for me it’s where I find my meditation. Before practising yoga you would find me in the gym, running, cycling, hiking, you name it, I find it hard to sit still!

Eventually, a couple of years ago I found yoga. I was definately at a low point in life, and wanted to find a community and a way to slow down and give a bit more love to my body. After 6 months of regular classes, I booked a trip to India to learn more, I was so curious!

I did my 200hr yoga teacher training and after realised how much more there was to know about this practise which is thousands of years old. I quit my job and carried on travelling, taking a bit of a break from life while I figured out what it was that I wanted to do. Later on I returned to India to complete another 300 hours training in Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa, and another 50 hours in Yin Yoga.

Eventually I settled back home and decided I really wanted to share this practice with everyone that I could. I truly found it life changing. So here I am, back home, teaching yoga in the studio I first learned in! a full circle moment!
